A traditional keyboard may have as many as 88 keys. This may be too many choices for the person with cognitive or physical disabilites to navigate. Extensions made of lexan, popcycle sticks, or other materials, provide a more direct set of choices and enable musical success. In the top photo an opaque cover has also been used to reduce the distraction of the remaining keys.
